1. 12-Month Movement Warranty
We provide a 12-Month Replacement Warranty on the internal Quartz Movement (the clock mechanism) from the date of purchase.
What is covered: Any internal manufacturing defects or mechanical failure of the clock hands and movement.
What is not covered: Battery depletion, damage caused by leakage of batteries, or accidental damage to the clock hands due to mishandling.
2. The Nature of Stone (Authenticity)
Please note that the natural stone body does not fall under a traditional warranty. Since it is a natural element:
Natural fissures, veins, and color variations are not defects but are the “birthmarks” of the stone.
Stone is a sturdy material, but it is not “shatter-proof.” Damage caused by dropping the product or physical impact is not covered under warranty.
3. How to Claim Warranty
If your clock mechanism stops working within the warranty period:

Resolution: We will guide you through a simple troubleshooting process. If the movement is found to be defective, we will ship a Replacement Movement Kit to your address with easy-to-follow installation instructions, or arrange for a repair.
4. Lifetime Support
Even after your warranty expires, we are committed to your product’s longevity. If you ever need a replacement part or a service after several years, our team will provide the necessary components at a nominal cost.
