1. Will my clock look exactly like the one in the photo?

Because we use 100% natural river stones, no two pieces are ever identical. The stone you receive will have its own unique shape, color, and texture. While it will be the same “style” as the one you ordered, it is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece created by nature.

2. Is the clock made of real stone? How heavy is it?

Yes, every RiverStoneTime clock is carved from authentic river stones. Depending on the size, a clock can weigh anywhere between 1kg to 3kg. This weight gives the product a solid, premium feel that keeps it stable on your desk.

3. Does the clock make a “ticking” sound?

Not at all. We use high-quality Silent Quartz Movements. There is no ticking sound, making our clocks perfect for quiet offices, study rooms, or bedside tables where you want peace and focus.

4. Can the stone break if it falls?

River stones are incredibly durable and have survived for millions of years. However, like any premium craft, they should be handled with care. A fall from a significant height could damage the internal clock mechanism or chip the stone. We recommend placing it on a stable surface.

5. How do I maintain and clean my stone clock?

Maintenance is very simple. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp lint-free cloth to wipe away dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may affect the natural mineral surface of the stone.

6. What kind of battery does it use?

Our clocks run on a standard AA battery. To ensure the longevity of the silent movement, we recommend using high-quality alkaline batteries.
